To achieve this, yoga uses movement’s breath, posture relaxation and meditation to establish a health and balanced approach to life.

Though the exact origins of yoga are unknown there are records the show this ancient practice has existed for over 4000 years. it’s considered to be the oldest physical discipline in existence and symbolizes balance in all area of life. In earlier times, the rationale of doing yoga postures and breathing exercises was to prepare for the rigors of sitting still and alert for long periods of time. Today, yoga can be an important practice for completely maintaining balance between work and a healthy lifestyle.

I have never done yoga before, how do I can started

There are several ways for people to get started with yoga at all one yoga. classes are currently open to all levels and can vary in vigor depending on the style of class. if you are new to yoga and looking for something less intense then we would recommend starting with vinyasa, flow & restore, or sacred, hot hatha is also a god place to begin as the class is always the same poses, and you are holding them a tittle bit longer then some other types. just be ready to get sweaty with hot hatha, as over 100 degrees in the room.

Is it safe to practice with an injury or medical condition

When considering a yoga practice, you may have health concerns such as low back pain, joint pain in the knees, shoulders, or other parts or simply stiffness from an old sports injury, Before your classes communicate these concerns to the teacher so that he or she may better guide and assist you in your practice. yoga can help heal and prevent injuries, and you can learn how to heal yourself by working directly with the teacher. you may wish to schedule a private session or attend classes that are smaller in size to allow more time for the instructor to work with you.

What are the most common helpful suggestions or tips

Yoga is a process. Be compassionate and patient with yourself. Bist results are obtained if you maintain a consistent practice.

Your body temperature will change. Layers are best to wear so that you are comfortable throughout your practice. Be prepared to work in bare feet.

Bring a towel for toga classes to wipe your mat.

Yoga clothing should be loose and as comfortable as possible form-fitting cotton pants and shirts are the best.

Avoid overeating and fasting it is recommended to avoid eating within 2 hours of your class. This allows your body time to fully digest.

Drink water room temperature is recommended.

Like all other physical workouts it is best to begin gently-stick to the easy poses. As your body adapts, you can advance to the more challenging poses be methodical and systematic.

Can I do yoga if I am pregnant

Yoga is a great way to prepare your body for labor and delivery, and it is done in a way that is safe for your developing child. Because there are some precautions that should be followed, it is important you talk with your doctor and yoga teacher before your first class. All one yoga offers prenatal yoga which addresses the specific needs of pregnant woman.
